Shipping policy

We currently prepare the website for delivery within India.

Dispatch

Dispatch timing depends on the product and its availability. In-stock products may dispatch sooner, while made-to-order pieces can require additional production time. Where a product has a stated dispatch lead time, that estimate applies before courier transit time.

Shipping charges

Any applicable shipping charge will be shown during checkout once live shipping rates are connected. We do not currently promise a fixed free-shipping threshold.

Tracking

When tracking is available, we will share the courier and tracking details after the order has been handed over for shipment.

Delivery address

Please enter a complete and accurate delivery address, PIN code and phone number. If an address needs to be corrected, contact us as soon as possible. Once a parcel has entered the courier network, changes may not be possible.

Courier delays

Courier transit times can vary by destination and conditions outside our control. Dispatch estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Damaged parcels

If a parcel arrives substantially damaged, photograph the outer packaging and the affected product as soon as possible and contact us with your order details. We will review genuine transit damage for an appropriate resolution.
