Pulp & Threads makes and sells handmade paper and paper products. Handmade material can vary in shade, fibre distribution, texture, thickness, deckle edges, inclusions and dimensions. Product photographs are representative and may not show every natural variation.

Pricing and availability

Prices, variants and availability may change. An item shown on the website is not guaranteed to remain available until an order has been successfully created and, where applicable, paid.

Orders

We may contact you if an order contains an error, cannot be fulfilled as placed, or requires clarification. For custom work, production may depend on artwork, specification or sample approval.

Payments

Online payments are processed by a third-party payment provider. A payment status shown on the site is subject to successful confirmation from that provider.

Shipping

Dispatch and delivery are subject to product lead time, address serviceability and courier operations. Please see the Shipping Policy for more detail.

Cancellations, returns and refunds

Please read the Cancellation Policy and Returns, Replacements & Refunds Policy. Handmade variation described on the About our Paper page is not, by itself, a defect.

Customers are responsible for confirming that artwork, logos, names, spellings and other supplied content are correct and that they have permission to use material they provide to us.
